Product Info
The etrog (also known as citron) is indigenous to China. It looks a bit like a lemon but has a very thick white pith and is much more bitter in taste than a lemon. The skin of the etrog, however, is very aromatic and makes a lovely gin. The etrog is used widely in Jewish cuisine and especially important during the Jewish festival of Sukkot. 42% ALC/VOL 700ml
