Refund policy

Requesting a Return and Full Refund: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days  after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return and full refund (including postage), your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In other words, bottles must be unopened with the seal intact, and in their original packaging. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@thecitrologist.com. 

Damage to Goods
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is found to be defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we  can evaluate and correct the issue as quickly as possible for you

Refunds on Opened Bottles
If the bottle is returned with the seal broken, the decision to refund your purchase will be at our sole discretion. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thecitrologist.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: The Wildings Distillery Ltd., Unit 4, Huddersfield Street Workshops, Huddersfield Street, Galashiels, Scottish Borders TD1 3BF. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. A flat rate of £5.00 is charged for the return of goods. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without you first having contacted us.
