Sudachi has been cultivated in Japan for many centuries and is a highly prized ingredient in Japanese cuisine. Traditionally it is home to the Tokushima region but some Sudachi is now grown in California and S. America. It is a small round green citrus that is the product of a cross between yuzu, koji and tachibana oranges. This genetic heritage gives rise to a more intense aroma and a complexity in the aftertaste that we hope you will find very satisfying. 42% ABV 50ml. Note that this is a seasonal fruit so once it is gone, it is gone for the year!
